The Cottage
Formerly a stable and grain store, the Bank Barn is a stunningly converted, spacious, reverse level granite barn with high ceilings and exposed beams, the ideal home from home.
Perfect for couples, families or friends, the self catering barn is versatile with a king sized double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom downstairs and kitchen/dining room and comfy living room with wood burner upstairs.
With far reaching country views, why not enjoy alfresco dining or play some games, watching the sunset in your own private garden.
The barn offers modern living with a fully fitted kitchen, including electric cooker with gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the essential pots, pans and equipment.
Snuggle up on the comfy corner sofa and watch TV in front of the fire (complementary first basket of logs) in the living room or just sit back and admire the view from the large upstairs window.
There is also an upstairs cloakroom and WC for your convenience.
Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, a king size double, twin and a single. There is a cupboard with plenty of hanging space for all your clothes in the hallway.
The bathroom with shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail is also on the ground floor.
All of our guests are welcome to use the communal field for games, relaxing or dog walking.

"You will not be disappointed with this property, it is in immaculate condition, we have always been welcomed with milk in the fridge and cakes in the tin, after a long drive that's special.
Set in its own private land it is so peaceful, after a long day exploring or surfing the private garden is perfect for relaxing with lovely views across the countryside.
Mel is always on hand if you need anything, but you won't it's a home from home, most definitely returning"

"We just enjoyed the most idyllic stay at Bank Barn. A beautiful country barn overlooking fields, with great views of the cows, sunsets and even St Michael's Mount! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our children loved the garden and meeting the friendly cats 😊 Such a great location for exploring Hayle, St Ives and Marazion areas. Thank you for the perfect stay, we would love to return!"
